Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact existing DebtBusters clients to review current policies and offer support with transitions between underwriters.
• Clearly explain policy details, benefits, and transfer processes to clients in an easy-to-understand and compliant manner.
• Identify additional insurance needs and thoughtfully propose relevant financial solutions to enhance each client's financial well-being.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through consistent, professional, and friendly communication.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and solution-based consultations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and follow internal compliance and quality assurance protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and sales leaders to share best practices and contribute to team success.
