Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and build strong client relationships within the hospitality industry.
• Daily face-to-face calling and presentations.
• Manage and nurture dealer accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Develop tailored strategies to expand market presence and maximize sales opportunities.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and dealer clients, providing operational and compliance support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-border activities, ensuring smooth execution of logistics and compliance requirements.
• Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to management
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or dealer relations within Southern Africa.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
• Knowledge of regional market dynamics and cross-border trade practices.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently while managing multiple territories.
• Willingness to travel across South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe

Pay: From R30 000,00 per month

• B2B sales: 3 years (Required)
