Job description
Position Overview:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships with our key clients in the freight industry.
You will serve as the primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our SAAS solutions.
Your role will involve understanding their unique business needs, providing consultative advice, and leveraging our platform to drive business growth and customer success.
Key Requirements:
No Candidates will be consider without the below skills or requirements
- Matric
- A+, N+, SQL (Advantageous)
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in Logistics/ Clearing and Forwarding industry
- Very knowledgeable in all aspects of Imports / Exports / Logistics / Warehousing / Clearing and Forwarding
- Drivers license and own vehicle a must
- Must reside within the Cape Town Area

Responsibilities:
- Telephonic and Onsite Support
- Training and Installation of Company Software
- Customer Advice and Support
- Handling of Clients queries, relating to the company program and industry
- Control aspects of liaison and interface with the Customers
- Monthly clients visits
- Will be required to be on standby from time to time
Pay: R15 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
