Kickstart Your Career in Banking – Young Talent Frontline Programme
About the Programme
We're looking for talented graduates to join our 18-month Frontline Programme in the Coverage Network. This is your chance to gain hands-on banking experience and build a strong foundation for a career in personal and private banking.
The programme is designed to provide exposure to branch banking operations, customer engagement, digital banking adoption, and service excellence — creating a strong foundation for future opportunities within the banking sector.
What You'll Do
Over the course of the programme, you'll gain rotational exposure across three key frontline roles:
- Client Liaison Officer (CLO) – Welcome and engage with customers, understand their needs, connect them to the right banking solutions, and assist them with digital and self-service channels.
- Cash Consultant (CC) – Assist customers with everyday cash and transactional banking needs, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and securely.
- Universal Banker (UB) – Gain broad exposure to branch banking by supporting customers across a range of everyday banking needs while building knowledge of banking products, processes, and services.
You'll develop your customer service and communication skills, build your banking knowledge, and experience what it's like to work in a busy branch environment.

Who We're Looking For
- South African citizens
- Aged between 18–30
- No more than 24 months' work experience
- Graduates with a completed NQF 7 Degree (Metro areas). For non-metro areas, candidates with NQF 6/5 will be considered.
- Passionate about building a career in banking and client relationships
- Not currently registered on any other learnership
- Not currently in full-time or part-time studies that may conflict with work hours
Pay: Up to R10 000,00 per month
