This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, energetic, and self-motivated Sales Representative to grow our footprint across Gauteng.

What You'll Do

• Proactively generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals and face-to-face client visits.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with corporate clients, resellers, schools, sports clubs and other B2B customers.
• Take full ownership of your sales pipeline, from prospecting and quoting through to closing deals and growing repeat business.
• Identify new market opportunities and continuously expand your customer base.
• Represent Curve Gear professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events and occasional weekend activations.
• Work closely with the sales support and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure your CRM, quotations and sales administration are accurate, organised, and always up to date.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years' proven external sales experience with a successful track record in new business development.
• Experience in workwear, PPE, corporate clothing, apparel, or a related industry will be highly advantageous.
• A valid South African driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle are essential.
• A genuine hunter mentality - you enjoy prospecting, opening new doors, and turning opportunities into long-term customers.
• Someone who takes pride in their work and represents the company professionally at all times.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability - you don't make excuses; you deliver results.
• Highly self-motivated, disciplined and driven to exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to the team.
• Willing to travel extensively throughout Gauteng and surrounding areas.
• Available to assist at trade shows, exhibitions and occasional weekend events.
