Our showrooms are mainly franchisee-owned and requirements as well as remuneration will differ from showroom to showroom.

Overview

• R10 000 – R15 000 per month, depending on relevant experience as well as commission on sales achieved.
• Showroom based role

Skills and experience required:

• Proficiency in kitchen design and computer literacy is mandatory.
• A driver's license and your own transport is required for this position.
• The following will be advantageous to your application:
• 3 years of Sales or Project Management experience.
• Experience in the Kitchen or Manufacturing industry.
• A formal Interior Design Qualification.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ work experience in Interior Design.
• Winner design software proficiency.

As a Sales and Design consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Management of customer designs, quotes, contracts, payments, and orders
• Design development and finalization for clients.
• Management of the project from start to finish.
• Stakeholder management during the entire project.
• Managing client expectations and providing regular feedback to the client.
• Keeping up to date with the latest technology and industry trends.
• Managing overall quality of service delivery on projects.
• Meeting sales and margin targets.

You will have unlimited earnings potential comprised of a basic salary and excellent commissions and incentives on the sales that you do.

Kindly note that you must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable car.
