Job description
We require a mature person with many years of food experience in a large busy kitchen. Must be able to work under pressure.
Restaurant with an established menu, so little or no recipe development is required but must be able to make sure the quality of existing recipes is optimally maintained.
Must be in control of hygiene standards, wastage, ordering, stock control and rotation of foods and all other duties to have an efficient well run kitchen.

- Good food knowledge and cooking skills
- Health & Safety knowledge
- Be able to work under pressure
- Good people skills
- Good computer skills
- Valid drivers licence & own transport
