# Kitchen Staff: Grillers, Pizza Makers and Sushi Chefs **Location:** Northern or Southern Suburbs, Cape Town **Job Type:** Full-time We are looking for experienced and reliable kitchen staff to join our restaurant team. Vacancies are available for: - Grillers - Pizza makers - Sushi chefs - General kitchen staff ## Responsibilities - Prepare and cook food according to recipes and company standards - Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and portion sizes - Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time - Prepare ingredients and maintain a clean workstation - Follow food-safety, hygiene and cleaning procedures - Assist with stock rotation, labelling and storage - Minimise food waste - Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams - Assist with opening and closing duties ## Requirements - Previous experience in the position applied for - Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene - Able to work quickly and accurately in a busy kitchen - Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team - Willing to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays - Reliable transport - Contactable references Please submit your CV through Indeed and clearly state whether you are applying as a **Griller, Pizza Maker, Sushi Chef or General Kitchen Staff member**.
