We are currently seeking to appoint a highly experienced Knowledge Management Consultant to support a strategic public sector Knowledge Management project.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting Knowledge Management (KM) maturity assessments and environmental analyses.
• Developing a comprehensive Knowledge Management Framework.
• Designing a Knowledge Management Strategy and implementation roadmap.
• Conducting knowledge mapping and knowledge audits.
• Developing KM governance structures, policies, procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Designing Knowledge Management processes and workflows.
• Advising on Knowledge Management systems, digital platforms and Artificial Intelligence applications.
• Facilitating stakeholder consultation workshops and awareness sessions.
• Supporting organisational change management and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Developing knowledge capture, storage, retention and dissemination mechanisms.
• Preparing inception, progress and final project reports.
• Engaging with executive management and key stakeholders throughout the project.

Minimum Requirements

• NQF Level 7 qualification (Bachelor's Degree or equivalent).
• Additional Diploma or Certificate in Knowledge Management (Compulsory).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Knowledge Management implementation.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Knowledge Management Strategy development.
• Experience facilitating executive-level workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Experience in organisational change management.
• Strong understanding of Knowledge Management systems and digital platforms.
• Excellent report writing, analytical and presentation skills.
• Government or public sector consulting experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: R500,00 - R2 000,00 per hour
