Job description
Laboratory Information System (LIS) Business Analyst / Technical Support. This involves providing both remote and onsite support, as well as training and system configuration.
Technical Skills Requirement:
· Minimum of two years of experience in scientific laboratories.
· Thorough understanding of lab processes and laboratory quality systems.
· Proficiency in Excel, including formulae and VBA.
· Fast learner with exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent organizational skills, self-disciplined, and results driven.
· Experience in documenting methods, manuals, Operational Qualifications (OQ), Installation Qualifications (IQ), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Proven ability to coordinate project work between clients, developers, and all personnel involved.
Advantageous Skills (not required but preferred):
· Experience with LIS, especially Spacesoft LIS.
· Software support and Business analysis experience.
· Knowledge of MS SQL.
· Experience with Crystal Report Design
.Software testing and development experience.
Key Skills Required:
· Strong communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising between the development team and clients.
