LEAD ADMINISTRATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES

We are looking for a driven, professional and

customer-focused individual to join our team.

Your responsibilities

Lead and coordinate administrative duties
Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent service
Handle sales enquiries and follow up with potential customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Process documentation and maintain accurate records
Support the sales team with daily operations
Assist with achieving sales and customer-service targets

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly, confident and professional
Well-organised with excellent attention to detail
A strong communicator
Customer-focused and sales-driven
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Computer literate
Previous administration, customer service or sales experience is an advantage
