Remote Sales & Lead Generation Consultant (OmniGig)

Job Purpose

The Remote Sales & Lead Generation Consultant is responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating qualified leads, promoting company campaigns, and maintaining professional customer relationships while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective clients using the company's approved systems.

Generate quality leads in line with company standards.

Promote products and services professionally.

Capture and update customer information accurately.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Attend all scheduled training sessions and meetings.

Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance requirements.

Maintain professionalism during all customer interactions.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) is advantageous.

Must reside in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Must own an Android smartphone.

Must have a reliable internet connection and sufficient mobile data.

Good verbal communication skills.

Basic computer and smartphone literacy.

Ability to work independently from home.

Self-disciplined, target-driven, and willing to learn.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday.

Working hours will be communicated by management.

Training

Successful candidates will undergo a two-week in-house training programme before commencing remote work.

Remuneration

Basic Salary: R5000 per month.

Performance-based incentives and uncapped commission, subject to company policy.
