Salary: R4 000 – R5 000 per month + Uncapped Commission

The Role
We are looking for motivated and driven Afrikaans Speaking Debt Review Lead Generators to join our growing team. Experience within the Debt Review industry is advantageous but not required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and financial circumstances.
- Promote debt review services in a clear, professional, and ethical manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Meet and exceed individual performance targets.
- Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand and meet consumers' needs.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to speak two or more South African languages will be advantageous.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- MUST speak Afrikaans fluently.
