Debt Review Lead Generator (Call Centre Agent)

Job Summary
As a Debt Review Lead Generator, you will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, identifying consumers who qualify for debt review, educating them on the benefits of the debt review process, and generating qualified leads for our Debt Review Consultants. This is a high-performance sales environment suited to individuals who are motivated by targets, incentives, and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients using company-provided leads and dialling systems.
- Conduct outbound calls to consumers experiencing financial difficulty.
- Explain the benefits and purpose of the debt review process professionally and accurately.
- Qualify potential clients according to company criteria.
- Gather and verify client information accurately.
- Schedule qualified appointments or transfer qualified leads to Debt Review Consultants.
- Maintain accurate records on the company's CRM and dialler systems.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Follow company scripts while maintaining a natural, professional conversation.
- Comply with the National Credit Act (NCA), POPIA, and all company compliance policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Previous call centre, telesales, or debt review experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional South African languages are beneficial).
- Confident telephone manner.
- Computer literate.
- Strong listening and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Performance Expectations
