Lead Generator

We’re looking for a motivated Lead Generator to join our growing team in Pinelands, Cape Town. You’ll help us connect with South African businesses and key decision-makers. If you’re confident, target-driven and enjoy engaging with people, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

As a Lead Generator, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging and qualifying potential leads within the South African market. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you’ll help build a strong pipeline of prospects and play an important role in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential South African clients within our target industries.
• Make outbound calls, send emails and connect with prospects through LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads according to set criteria and pass suitable opportunities to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions within the CRM.
• Work towards daily, weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and enquiries.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lead generation, telesales or business development. Experience within the South African market is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and online research tools.
