About the Role

Dental Group Ltd is looking for an ambitious, commercially focused Marketing Lead to take ownership of our marketing strategy across our UK dental practices.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who wants more than just a traditional social media role. You will have significant freedom and responsibility to shape the marketing strategy, choose the platforms and campaigns you believe will work best, and directly influence the growth of our private patient base.

Your main objective will be simple: generate more high-quality private patient enquiries, convert those enquiries into consultations and ultimately drive treatment starts and revenue.

• Invisalign & Orthodontics
• Cosmetic Dentistry
• Endodontics
• Restorative Dentistry
• Other private and specialist dental treatments

What You'll Be Doing

Private Patient Growth

• Develop and implement strategies to increase private patient enquiries and bookings.
• Create targeted campaigns around our highest-value treatments.
• Identify opportunities to fill available clinician diary capacity.
• Develop campaigns around specific clinicians, treatments and practice locations.

Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

• Plan, launch and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure spend produces a measurable return.
• Develop retargeting and follow-up campaigns.

Lead Conversion

• Monitor the full journey from initial enquiry through to consultation and treatment.
• Work closely with our reception and practice teams to improve lead conversion.
• Identify where potential patients are being lost and recommend improvements.
• Ensure leads are followed up quickly and effectively.

Content & Digital Marketing

• Take ownership of the practices' digital presence.
• Coordinate social media, website content, videos, photography and clinician content.
• Develop creative campaigns and promotional material.
• Support patient reviews and online reputation.
• Create content that attracts genuine prospective patients rather than simply chasing likes and followers.

Existing Patient Marketing

• Develop campaigns using our existing patient database.
• Identify opportunities for patient reactivation and cross-promotion.
• Support treatment open days, consultation events and targeted patient campaigns.

Reporting & Performance
You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on meaningful commercial results, including:

• Marketing spend
• Leads generated
• Qualified leads
• Consultations booked
• Consultation attendance
• Treatment uptake
• Treatment starts
• Cost per lead
• Cost per booked consultation
• Cost per acquired patient
• Revenue generated
• Return on marketing spend

You will provide management with clear reporting on what is working, what isn't and what we should do next.

The Freedom to Make the Role Your Own

We are looking for someone who can take ownership.

You will have the freedom to test different marketing strategies, campaigns, platforms and ideas and make decisions based on what delivers results.

You will have senior management support and guidance, but we don't want someone who needs to be told exactly what to post or which campaign to run.

We want you to bring the ideas, expertise and initiative.

If you believe something will generate more private patients, we want you to test it, measure it and improve it.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly Google and Meta.
• A strong understanding of converting leads into paying customers.
• Experience working with higher-value products or services.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
• An understanding of CRM systems, lead follow-up and customer journeys.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership.
• The ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
• A genuine focus on results and return on investment.

Experience within dental, healthcare or another high-value service industry would be advantageous, but is not essential if you can demonstrate strong commercial marketing results.

Ultimately, your role will be to help Dental Group Ltd grow its private patient base and create a consistent pipeline of suitable patients for our practices and clinicians.
