We are seeking a Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Architect to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will not just be writing code; you will be the technical North Star for our clients and internal teams, translating complex business requirements into robust, future-proof Microsoft solutions.
You will lead the design of end-to-end solutions, ensuring seamless integration between Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), the Power Platform, and the broader Azure ecosystem.

Define integration strategies leveraging Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API Management.
Ensure architectural integrity, scalability, security, and performance across all solutions.
Conduct architectural reviews and "health checks" for existing implementations to identify technical debt and optimization opportunities.
Technical Leadership
Serve as the primary technical escalation point for development teams, providing mentorship and code review guidance.
Establish and enforce coding standards, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) strategies, and DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub).
Stay ahead of the Microsoft roadmap, evaluating new features (e.g., Copilot, AI Builder) and advising leadership on their strategic adoption.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with C-level stakeholders, business analysts, and functional consultants to define the technical roadmap.
Translate "business speak" into technical architecture and vice versa, ensuring expectations are managed and solutions align with business goals.
Present architectural proposals and prototypes to technical and non-technical audiences.
Essential Skills & Experience

Development: Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Integration: Proven experience integrating D365 with third-party systems (ERP, SAP, Legacy) and Azure services.
ALM: Strong command of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and solution management strategies.
