Introduction

Cartrack, a world-leading smart mobility Software-as-a-Service tech company operating across 23 countries, is looking for a Lead Warmer agent to engage with potential customers and create interest in our products or services. The successful candidate will contact prospective clients, qualify leads and schedule appointments and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• • Contact prospective customers via phone.
    • Introduce the company's products or services and identify customer needs.
    • Qualify leads according to established criteria.
    • Build rapport with prospects and maintain professional relationships.
    • Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
    • Accurately update customer information and interaction notes in the CRM system.
    • Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement.
    • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead qualification targets.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
    • Ensure all communications comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Minimum requirements

Requirements:

• Matric.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or sales is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales and target driven
