Minimum Requirements

• Must be computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Previous work experience or sales experience will be an advantage.

• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Professional attitude with a positive work ethic.
• Good time management and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Assist with sales and promotional activities.
• Capture and maintain accurate customer information.
• Perform general administrative and computer-based tasks.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Attend all training sessions and complete learnership assessments.
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
• Meet performance and attendance requirements throughout the programme.
