POSITION INFO: Our client, operating within the financial services industry, is looking for a passionate Learning and Development Specialist to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who believes that effective learning goes beyond delivering training sessions and is driven by developing confident, capable, and compliant employees. You'll play an integral role in supporting both new and existing employees through engaging learning programmes, facilitating regulatory training, and partnering with business leaders to build a culture of continuous development. Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you should have: Matric (NQF 4) with a National Diploma in ODEDTP (NQF Level 5 minimum); a degree in HR, Business, or a related field will be advantageous 1 to 4 years' experience in Learning and Development, facilitation, or assessment within a regulated environment Sound understanding of financial services legislation, including FAIS, POPIA, FIC Act, NCA, and TCF Strong administration, reporting, and stakeholder management skills with experience in SETA, WSP, and ATR processes A confident facilitator with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for developing people Key Responsibilities Facilitate engaging learning programmes across classroom, virtual, and blended learning environments Deliver compliance and regulatory training while simplifying complex legislation into practical workplace knowledge Support onboarding, learnerships, internships, and early-career development initiatives Coach learners and managers to reinforce knowledge transfer and encourage behavioural change Maintain accurate learning records, reporting, and compliance documentation in line with legislative and organisational requirements Apply Now!
