Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you should have: Matric (NQF 4) with a National Diploma in ODEDTP (NQF Level 5 minimum); a degree in HR, Business, or a related field will be advantageous 1 to 4 years' experience in Learning and Development, facilitation, or assessment within a regulated environment Sound understanding of financial services legislation, including FAIS, POPIA, FIC Act, NCA, and TCF Strong administration, reporting, and stakeholder management skills with experience in SETA, WSP, and ATR processes A confident facilitator with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for developing people Key Responsibilities Facilitate engaging learning programmes across classroom, virtual, and blended learning environments Deliver compliance and regulatory training while simplifying complex legislation into practical workplace knowledge Support onboarding, learnerships, internships, and early-career development initiatives Coach learners and managers to reinforce knowledge transfer and encourage behavioural change Maintain accurate learning records, reporting, and compliance documentation in line with legislative and organisational requirements Apply Now!
