Learning & Development Partner

In this role you work closely with HR, Managers, external training providers, and employees to identify training needs, organise learning activities, maintain training records, and monitor the effectiveness of development programmes. The role contributes to building a culture of continous learning and employee growth, You are also accountable for gathering and capturing monthly financial information for your area of responsibility.

To coordinate and support effective learning and development initiatives that enhance employee capability, improve organisational performance and contribute to talent growth and retention,

• Coordinate and Execute Learning and Development Interventions
• Training Administration
• Support and consult stakeholders re L&D interventions and practices
• Gather budget related information
• SHEQ Responsibilities Skills, Experience & Education
• Minimum of a 3-year National Diploma (NQF6), preferably in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant years HR experience and a good understanding of the role of Learning & Development in relation to the business
• Experience with SETA administration and coordination preferred
• A basic understanding of financial processes
• Working Knowledge of SETA processes
• MS Office proficient, specifically in Excel
• Valid Drivers License
