Learning Experience & Insights Specialist | Contract

iqbusiness is seeking to employ a Learning Experience & Impact Specialist on a 4-month contract to collaborate with an international partner from our offices in Welgemoed, Cape Town, Northern Suburbs. This is a hybrid role (3 days on-site; 2 days WFH).

As a Learning Experience & Impact Specialist, you will manage end-to-end data evaluation and feedback loops for high-impact executive education programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design surveys, analyse feedback, and convert raw data into clear impact reports that demonstrate ROI. A key focus of the role is refining data workflows, utilising AI prompting to scale analysis, and continuously improving learning design based on performance insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage the end-to-end survey lifecycle, including automated distribution, reminders, and tracking
• Compile feedback into executive-ready impact reports, utilising data visualisation techniques.
• Leverage daily AI prompting techniques to scale data processing, streamline narrative summaries, and optimise internal reporting workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams to feed evaluation insights back into course structures, ensuring continuous learning design enhancements tailored to client needs

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in learning design, educational evaluation, program impact reporting, or a closely related role within education or corporate learning
• Practical experience designing feedback instruments, creating surveys, and utilising data visualisation techniques to present survey insights
• Proven ability to leverage AI prompting tools to optimise data processing, scale narrative summaries, and enhance reporting efficiency

• Strong foundational learning design awareness combined with analytical capabilities
• Excellent organisational skills with strict attention to detail and data accuracy
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a capability to distil complex feedback into concise executive summaries
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to work self-directed and manage multiple timelines simultaneously
• Adaptable and curious, with a focus on continuous workflow improvement and process automation
