Job description
The role of the Leasing Administrator Intern is to complete tenant leasing administration, ensure excellent levels of service and tenant satisfaction.
Areas of responsibility include:
Lease Management, Tenant Management and Lease Management on Rent relief and Deposit Utilisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate move in inspection appointments with Leasing Agents after file sign off
- Provide managing agents with New Tenant
- Prepare Renewal Reports (include TPN landlord and monthly monitoring reports) for KAM and JPM’s approval
- Send renewal/lease expiry letters/ early termination notifications
- Follow up with Tenant and KAM, JPM’s and update Renewal Report
- Prepare Tenant Billing Instruction Sheets and forward to Finance lead for processing
Send non-renewal report to Facilities Lead, Operations Lead, KAM and JPM’s.
Education
- Grade 12/ Matric (essential)
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Property Studies, Real Estate, Administration, or a related field will be advantageous. Experience
- No prior work experience required:
- Exposure to an administrative, customer service, sales support, or property environment will be advantageous.
