Job Description Background STADIO is a multi-campus higher education institution with a national footprint, as well as hosting several student support centres in South Africa and Namibia. STADIO Higher Education is inviting applications for the position of: Lecturer (accounting, finance and financial management)
This is a full-time fixed-term position for the period until 31 December 2026. The successful candidate will be required to perform all duties associated with a full-time academic appointment and will be expected to work on campus at the Centurion Campus during normal working hours, in accordance with the institution's operational requirements. Purpose To deliver high-quality teaching, learning, assessment, and academic support in accounting, finance, financial management, and related commerce subjects through a blended contact learning approach, while contributing to curriculum development, research, student success, and the broader academic objectives of the institution.

Skills And Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and conflict management skills.

- Passion for teaching and student development.
- High levels of professionalism, initiative, resilience, and adaptability.
Qualifications and experience
- NQF level 8 qualification, preferably specialising in accounting, financial management, finance, or a related commerce discipline.
- Experience lecturing in a blended contact and online higher education environment.
- Experience using electronic learning management systems (LMS) and video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft teams.
- Relevant industry experience in accounting, finance, financial management, or related fields.
- Membership of a recognised professional or industry body and/or a relevant professional designation will be advantageous.
