A Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology.
A minimum of three (3) years’ teaching experience at a tertiary institution or five (5) years’ professional experience in a relevant field.
A proven record of published academic work is essential.
Registration as an Industrial Psychologist will be considered an added advantage.

Duties

Deliver lectures in Industrial Psychology within the Department of Human Resource Management and Labour Relations.
Supervise postgraduate students in their academic research and studies.
Conduct original research and contribute to scholarly outputs, including accredited journal articles and book chapters.
Actively participate in the University’s community engagement and outreach programmes.
