Job description
To assist with preparation and drafting of Commercial Contracts, identify commercial risks and issue relating to current projects
1. Contract Management & Engineering Agreements (Drafting, vetting & familiarity with construction/engineering contracts like FIDIC, NEC, or JBCC)
2. Project Correspondence & Document Production (Creating, amending and submitting letters, notices, and applications)
3. External Counsel Liaison & Dispute Support (Briefing attorneys, gathering evidence for disputes, and managing outsourced legal advice)
4. SA Regulatory, Statutory & Statutory Compliance (Legislative compliance, expanded for FICA, POPIA, and CIPC)
5. Project Administration & Application Registers (Data entry, optical scanning, server capturing, and updating records)
6. Corporate Governance & Commercial Due Diligence (Background checks, company searches, resolutions, and minute-taking)
Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
