We Are Hiring: Legal Receptionist
Cavanagh & Richards Attorneys has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Receptionist with 3–5 years’ experience to join our team at our Centurion office.
Location:
Building H, Lytteltown Office Park, 264 Shelanti Avenue, Die Hoewes, Centurion.
Minimum Requirements:
* Matric (essential)
* 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
* Presentable and professional
* Fast and accurate typing skills
* Valid driver’s licence and own transport
Advantageous Qualifications:
* Secretarial Diploma / Legal Secretarial Diploma / Paralegal qualification
* Knowledge of Sage Accounting
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering telephone calls and assisting clients
* Recording messages and screening incoming calls
* Preparing routine correspondence, reports and memorandums
* Assisting the legal team with general correspondence and administrative tasks
* Maintaining and organising the office filing system
* Coordinating internal and external meetings
* Preparing meeting minutes
* Assisting with photocopying, printing and postage
* Liaising with clients
* General office administration
Salary: Market related
