We need a dynamic, hands-on Duty Officer to keep Borderville Sports Centre running smoothly. You will lead shift operations, ensure guest safety, and deliver great workouts. This rota-based role focuses mainly on evenings and weekends. Essential Criteria

You must meet these core requirements to be considered:* Fitness qualification: Minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor certificate.

• First aid: Ability to act as the Duty First Aider.
• Schedule flexibility: Available for evening and weekend shifts.
• Money handling: Experience with cash reconciliation and financial procedures.

Your Main Responsibilities* Lead the floor: Manage day-to-day operations, safety, and security.

• Inspire members: Deliver fitness classes, gym inductions, and programmes.
• Own the desk: Handle bookings, memberships, calls, and reception enquiries.
• Prep the space: Manage sports hall setups and quick activity changeovers.
• Keep it clean: Support the cleaning team to maintain high hygiene standards.
