As an ongoing recruitment effort, Trafalgar Johannesburg is in search of a dynamic candidate with a passion for the property industry to join our team as a Letting Consultant.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Load new mandates
• Index Mandate and supporting Documentation on QDocs
• Advertising of units on social media
• Placement of To Let Boards
• Viewing of unit before advertising
• Accompanying prospective tenants to properties
• Arranging viewings for prospective tenants
• Attend to client queries – email and Whatsapp
• Management of emails
• Attend to walk in clients
• Vetting and loading tenant accounts
• Lease renewals
• Processing of applications and obtaining FICA documents.
• Any other admin support
• Other letting/admin duties required

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word &Excel)
• Previous Residential Letting experience
• Own vehicle & license.
