Local Telco Sales Agent

We are currently seeking experienced and results-driven Telco Call Centre

Sales Agents to join our high-performing sales team. If you have a proven track record of selling Telco products within the contact centre and consistently earning commission, we would like to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

 Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing

customers.

 Promote and sell telecommunications products and services.

 Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

 Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

 Accurately capture customer information and sales data.

 Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

 Adhere to quality, compliance, and operational standards.

 Follow up on leads and maximise conversion opportunities.

Minimum requirements :

 Grade 11/12

 Minimum 6–12 months Call Centre Sales experience.

 Proven Telecommunications Sales experience.

 Must have earned commission for at least 3 consecutive

months in a sales environment.

 Strong sales ability with a target-driven mindset.

 Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

 Computer literate.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

 Clear Criminal Record.

 Available to start immediately.
