Peak Movement Physiotherapy, Biokinetics & Medical Suites is opening a 6-month Physiotherapist Development Programme for a select group of driven, independent-minded physios in Cape Town.

We will cover every expense involved in building your practice. The room, the marketing, the systems, the admin. All handled for the full 6 months. You focus on your patients. We handle everything else. If you thrive in the programme, you will be offered a permanent seat at our flagship HQ in the Cape Town CBD.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED
Fully equipped treatment suites, cash-upfront payment infrastructure via Yoco, integrated booking and patient management systems, and a collaborative team that makes the work genuinely enjoyable.

FAIR AND TRANSPARENT COMMISSION
You will earn a 50% commission on every session you deliver, while Peak Movement covers all operating expenses including rent, marketing, admin, consumables, and infrastructure. Direct link between your work and your earnings. No surprises, no hidden deductions.

A REAL FUTURE AT HQ
Physios who successfully complete the 6-month development programme will be offered a permanent position at Peak Movement HQ, our flagship multidisciplinary facility at 94 Strand Street, Cape Town CBD.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

HPCSA registration in good standing
Valid professional indemnity insurance
Own reliable transport (essential, you may work across locations during the programme)
Comfortable managing your own diary and patient relationships independently
Clinical excellence and genuine care for clients
Newly qualified physios welcome, mentorship provided
Reliable, professional, and collaborative
