VACANCY: LODGE MANAGER

Mogale Royal Gardens & Resort is inviting applications from passionate, experienced, and results-driven professionals for the position of Lodge Manager. If you have a passion for hospitality, leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Position: Lodge Manager
Location: Mogale Royal Gardens & Resort, Polokwane, Limpopo
Closing Date: 30 July 2026

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge.
Ensure excellent guest service and operational efficiency.
Oversee financial management, procurement, budgeting, and asset control.
Supervise the Reception, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Bar departments.
Lead and develop staff through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, company policies, and relevant legislation.
Drive marketing initiatives and business growth.
Prepare operational and management reports.

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Business Management, or a related qualification.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a management position.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Sound financial and administrative management experience.
Computer literacy and knowledge of hospitality management systems.
A valid driver's licence will be an added advantage.
