Logistics Assistant

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Female Forklift & Reach Truck Driver to join our logistics team on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

· Matric (Grade 12)

· Valid Code 10 Driver's License

· Valid Forklift License

· Valid Reach Truck License

· Minimum 2 years' experience operating both a forklift and reach truck in a warehouse or logistics environment

· Good understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate forklift and reach truck safely and efficiently

· Load, unload, move, stack, and store stock within the warehouse

· Transport goods as required using company vehicles

· Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections

· Ensure accurate handling and storage of inventory

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

· Comply with all company policies and health and safety regulations

· Contract Duration:

· 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Candidates should have:

SA ID - Only South African Citizens

Company Checks:

Background – work history check, matric certificate and criminal checks will be done.

A full medical examination, including drug testing, will be done.
