Tasks
- Coordinate and schedule transportation and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics-related documents.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cost-effective logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to address inquiries and resolve logistical issues promptly.
- Support the logistics team by preparing reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost-effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
