Job Overview
Quick2start is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support the efficient movement of goods, inventory management, and administrative logistics functions. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating deliveries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics operations.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor deliveries and collections.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Assist with receiving and dispatching goods.
- Prepare logistics documentation and reports.
- Track shipments and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Capture and update logistics data on company systems.
- Assist with procurement and supply chain activities.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be advantageous.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
