Job Overview

Quick2start is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support the efficient movement of goods, inventory management, and administrative logistics functions. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating deliveries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics operations.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor deliveries and collections.

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

• Assist with receiving and dispatching goods.

• Prepare logistics documentation and reports.

• Track shipments and delivery schedules.

• Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.

• Capture and update logistics data on company systems.

• Assist with procurement and supply chain activities.

• Perform general administrative duties as required.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).

• Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be advantageous.

• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
