Job description
Job Purpose
To support the efficient management of logistics operations, ensuring timely movement of goods, accurate documentation, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, carriers, and customers
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and transport schedules
- Prepare shipping documentation (invoices, customs forms, delivery notes)
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with warehouse staff to ensure availability
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or delays
- Support compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Generate reports on logistics performance and costs
- Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in logistics, administration, or supply chain support
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation (advantageous)
- Familiarity with ERP systems or warehouse management software (advantageous)
Working Conditions
- Office‑based with regular interaction with warehouse and transport teams
- May require occasional overtime during peak periods
