Job description
Gogutsi is a UK based bus and coach operator. It’s transport and operations management team are based in the Western Cape. It is looking for a logistics coordinator and scheduler for immediate start. Your place of work will be Gordons Bay but you will also be provided with a full home working IT package so you will need a suitable home working environment and reliable internet and electricity.
Requirements:
- superb English written and oral language skills
- self motivated, team player also able to work independently
- great telephone manner
- great IT skills and experience of working with Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Duties:
- scheduling driving duties to team of 65 drivers
- calculating job profitability and margin
- directing drivers during job execution
- liaising with passengers and clients
- invoicing for work
- quoting on new queries
- booking and allocating jobs to vehicles
- scheduling maintenance services.
- providing emergency support
The ideal candidate will have logistics and /or operations management experience.
Pay based on experience. Immediate start available
