Logistics & Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Logistics & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team at Timmdek.

This role is central to our daily operations, ensuring materials, schedules, documentation, and workflows are managed efficiently so that everything runs smoothly from order to delivery.

• Handle general administrative support for the operations team
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and operational records
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational performance reports
• Follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion
• Manage filing systems and ensure proper document control
• Coordinate the movement and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies
• Monitor and manage stock levels to support operational needs
• Assist with procurement, including supplier sourcing, ordering, and delivery tracking
• Support logistics planning to ensure efficient and timely project execution
• Assist with staff scheduling and operational planning
• Manage job cards and track progress of active work orders
• Allocate tasks and help balance workloads across teams
• Ensure operational activities are properly coordinated and executed
• Support day-to-day operational processes to ensure smooth workflow
• Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met consistently
• Communicate between departments to maintain alignment and efficiency
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies and safety standards
• Maintain accurate and organised operational documentation
• Support adherence to relevant regulations and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage pressure in a fast-paced operational environment
• Previous experience in administration, logistics, or operations (preferred)

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
