Job description
Managing multiple finished goods warehouses, dispatch operations and outbound logistics. The main objective is to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full while maintaining accurate stock, controlling costs and building an efficient warehouse and dispatch operation. The role also includes fleet management, route planning, warehouse layout improvements, inventory control, forecasting and the implementation of warehouse and delivery systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the warehouse and dispatch team.
Manage finished goods receiving, storage, stock accuracy and stock counts.
Oversee dispatch, picking, packing, checking and FIFO stock rotation.
Ensure B2B and B2C orders are delivered on time and in full.
Manage transport costs, budgets, fleet operations and third-party logistics providers.
Manage stock replenishment and coordinate forecasting with sales, procurement and production.
Investigate stock variances and manage returned stock.
Requirements
Essential 3-year degree in Supply Chain Management or a similar qualification.
Computer literacy.
At least 5 years' experience in warehouse management and inventory control.

- Warehouse Management: 3 years (Preferred)
