Loss Prevention Stock Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Taker to join our dynamic team who will be responsible for carrying out weekly and monthly stock taking operations across all our outlets, ensuring our operations run seamlessly while driving strategic growth.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Position: Stock Taker/Inventory Auditor

Department: Finance

Location: 9 Retail Stores and HQ

Employment Type: Permanent/Full-time

PURPOSE OF ROLE

To maintain 100% stock accuracy across all 9 retail stores and HQ through disciplined weekly and monthly stock counts. Reduce shrinkage and ensure inventory integrity.

KEY DUTIES

Weekly

Plan and perform random device stock takes in all 9 retail stores weekly

Verify device IMEIs/serials vs system

Submit variance reports same day with notes

Check devices are labelled with date stickers and in date order.

Check all salvage units and Obf's Removed timelessly

Monthly

Plan and perform store stock takes after closure monthly

Reconcile physical vs system stock and submit signed stock sheets

Recon repair loan devices

Recon and count of all demo and loan units

Manage all repair devices not collected over 90 days

Ongoing

Keep stock areas organized during counts

Flag opened damaged/slow-moving stock

Follow all company stock control SOPs

REQUIREMENTS

Matric + 1 year retail/inventory management experience preferred

Advanced Excel + device/IMEI scanning skills

Honest, accurate, detail-oriented

Own reliable car+ driver’s license

Must be available after-hours for monthly stock takes

Package:

R 12000 plus incentives (R5000)

Travel allowance

Cell phone allowance R200

Flexible hours
