Nu Metro is on the hunt for a loyalty rockstar and partnership powerhouse to take the lead on our Scene Club program, CRM journey, and big-brand reward partners like ABSA, Sanlam Reality, Nedbank, Momentum Multiply and more.

Your Mission:

Supercharge our Scene Club loyalty program to keep members coming back for more.
Build segmented CRM journeys that drive frequency, spend, and engagement across every channel.
Forge and fuel high-impact partnerships that reward customers and boost our brand presence.
Dive into the data — own the numbers, drive the outcomes, and report like a boss.
Own the full loyalty + CRM ecosystem: from strategy to segmentation to execution.
Craft smart cross-promos, co-branded campaigns, and seamless customer experiences.

What You Bring:

5+ years in loyalty, CRM, or rewards marketing (bonus points for retail or entertainment).
Proven experience with strategic partnerships, co-branded promotions and campaigns.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Fluent in data-driven decision making (think dashboards, segments, conversions).
Strong negotiator, clear communicator, and relationship builder across all levels.
Fast, focused, and creative — you get things done with impact.
