Luxury Furniture Sales Consultant

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, building lasting relationships and delivering an outstanding client experience. Whether you're an experienced luxury sales professional or an ambitious individual looking to build a career in premium retail, we'd love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate has a natural ability to connect with people, is confident networking and generating new business opportunities, and has an appreciation for sophisticated design and luxury living.

What you'll do

• Generate new private and corporate sales opportunities through networking and relationship building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, hospitality clients and commercial buyers.
• Welcome clients into our showroom and guide them through their purchasing journey.
• Understand each client's needs and provide personalised furniture and interior solutions.
• Prepare quotations, presentations, proposals and invoices.
• Manage leads from enquiry through to successful sale.
• Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

What we're looking for

• 1–5 years' experience in sales or customer service, ideally within furniture, interiors, fashion, luxury retail or a premium service environment.
• We are also open to exceptional entry-level candidates with the right attitude and ambition.
• Experience with networking, lead generation or business development would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proven sales track record is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, positive and proactive, with a genuine passion for helping clients.
• Professional, well presented and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• A strong work ethic, flexibility, good sense of humour and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From R8 500,00 per month
