Responsibilities At Worcester Dried Fruit Plant, the successful candidate will operate manufacturing/production/packaging machinery and equipment according to the SOP and operating guidelines for the intended output and function, while maintaining EHS and QFS standards.
- Conducts and completes all operational machine checks and ensures that optimal functioning and output is achieved.
- Completion of records: traceability, operator checklist, big 4 and cleaning documents.
- Works to achieve production and output targets set to the correct quality standards.
- Reports on any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns.
- Adherence to all EHS & QFS Standards.
- Follow SOP for the process engaged in.
- Ensure quality standards and report deviations.
- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of work area/station.
- Ad hoc Tasks
Qualifications
- Matric/Equivalent Qualification.
- Relevant Experience in Fruit Business would be advantageous.
