Key Responsibilities

• Change and set machines to A4 , A5 and A6 formats.
• Set up and adjust Aster sewing machines for production.
• Ensure machines are correctly calibrated to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine-setting issues.
• Work closely with machine operators to achieve and maintain production targets.
• Perform routine machine checks and minor maintenance.
• Ensure all work complies with required quality and safety standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric Certificate
• Previous experience setting sewing machines is essential.
• Good mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Extensive book manufacturing or printing industry experience.
