Maintenance and Servicing Technician

Since its founding as Continental Fan Works in 1966, CFW has built extensive expertise and knowledge, establishing itself as a trusted supplier of industrial fans to leading corporations both within South Africa and internationally.

The company employs a diverse workforce with a strong skill set in engineering. We are currently seeking a Maintenance and Servicing Technician to join our team and help maintain the high standards our clients expect. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and safely.
• Install and maintain electrical systems for HVAC and engineering projects.
• Work Closely with engineers and technicians to ensure proper system integration.
• Liaise with customers to ensure clear communication regarding service issues and resolutions.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Qualified/trade tested electrician(Red Seal) is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• Experience in engineering field either HVAC / ventilation / fans or applications is advantageous.
• Drivers license essential.
• Background in refrigeration is beneficial.

• Your standard working hours will be 07:30 to 16:30, Monday to Thursday, and 07:30 to 15:00 on Fridays.
