Maintenance Coordinator

Bespoke Stay is growing fast, and our field team can’t do it all alone. That’s where you come in.

We’re hiring a remote Maintenance Coordinator to work hand-in-hand with our on-the-ground property managers. You won’t do the repairs, but you’ll make sure they get done. You’ll follow up on open tasks, organize job logs, track vendor replies, and ensure nothing gets missed.

You’re the air traffic controller behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Monitor open maintenance issues and track to completion
• Follow up with vendors until work is confirmed done
• Coordinate with the field team to schedule walkthroughs and repairs
• Organize before/after photos, receipts, and job notes in Slack
• Assist with weekly punch lists, property logs, and project boards

You’re the glue between our field ops and our digital team.

A Bit About You:

• You’ve worked in property management, STR, or something similar
• You’re confident managing tasks and following up until things are done
• You’re comfortable using Slack, spreadsheets, and project management systems
• You communicate clearly, track details, and don’t let things slip

The Job:

• Full-time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Shift: Thursday through Monday, 8 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time
• Starting pay is $3.50 USD/hour
• First raise after 6 months, second after 12 months based on performance
• Three full weeks of training (Monday through Friday) before you begin your regular shift
