Job Advert Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance System Administrator to manage and maintain the maintenance planning system, coordinate work orders, schedule inspections, track maintenance costs, and ensure compliance with maintenance procedures. The successful candidate will support efficient maintenance operations by managing job cards, inventory, procurement processes, supplier interactions, and maintenance records while promoting safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards.### Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum: N3 engineering certificate.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar position.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Allocate work requests to the correct area code and component.
- Strictly implement the no job card, no work policy
- Ensure accurate failure analysis completion by the artisans
- Record and report deficiencies and delays
- Plan scheduled inspections
- Generate scheduled inspection job cards
- Complete feedback of scheduled inspections and create a follow-up work order if required
- Adjust inspection frequencies according to breakdown occurrences
- Constantly update the estimated duration of scheduled tasks
- Maintain the Maintenance Planning database
- Initiate suppliers and warehouses in the On Key System
- Initiate stock items & stock takes in On Key
- Initiate requisitions, purchase orders, GRN, and credit notes
- Identify resources required for all work requests
- Manage stock costs
- Implement 5S audit standards.
- Control and maintain spares, supplying costs
- Maintain training schedules and calibrations within ISO Standards
