About the Role
EmbedPeople is recruiting a Management Assistant / Virtual Assistant for a permanent, embedded placement with one dedicated Dutch client. This is not a gig or project-based role you will build a dedicated working relationship with a single product team, becoming an integral part of their operations.

What We're Looking For
Fluent Dutch (native or professional proficiency in speaking and writing) mandatory; interview and screening will be conducted entirely in Dutch
Demonstrated experience in virtual assistance, executive support, operations coordination, or similar administrative roles
Excellent organisational abilities and professional communication standards
Self-disciplined remote work ethic with reliable home office setup
Requirements
South Africa-based with stable internet connection
Availability during Dutch business hours
Eligible to work in South Africa
