Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training) About The Role We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape the next generation of AI. Your expertise in organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership theory will directly influence how AI systems reason about real-world business challenges.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your knowledge makes a measurable impact — without the constraints of a traditional academic schedule.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism
- Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
- Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations
- Provide clear, structured feedback that helps AI reason more like an experienced leader
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks
- Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying logical tradeoffs
- Comfortable reading and critiquing written scenarios and AI-generated recommendations
- Self-directed and reliable with the ability to meet project deadlines independently
Nice to Have
- MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
- Real-world leadership, operations, or consulting experience
- Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
